Pesticide Exam Is Now Online
at Chattahoochee Tech, Paulding County Campus

The Georgia Department of Agriculture, in cooperation with the
Georgia Department of Technical and Adult Education, has implemented a computerized
version of the commercial pesticide applicators exam. This computer exam replaces the
old paper and pencil exam and has many benefits for pesticide applicators across the state.

You can schedule an exam date and time at your convenience, take the exam as often as
needed without waiting for a GDA proctored exam date, and receive your exam score instantly.

There is a $45.00 exam fee charged by the Technical Colleges for the exam in addition to
the $25.00 license fee charged by the GDA. You will take both the General Standards
Exam and the specialty category exam at the same time.

Study materials may be ordered through the UGA Agricultural Business Office
(706) 542-8999. You must sign up for the computerized exam at the website:
www.gapestexam.com.

For licensing and testing questions please call 1-800-282-5852 or visit:
