Dr. Coder is a world renowned speaker and educator for Arboriculture and Urban Forestry. Dr. Coder has had a great impact on Arboriculture education and professionalism on both the state and national levels. He has been a key force behind the development of I.S.A. Certification.
The Georgia Arborist Association (GAA) Honored Dr. Kim Coder with our first annual Award for
Meritorious Contribution & Service in Arboriculture at our First Year-End Awards Ceremony on December 15, 2006.
Our future annual awards will be presented to Leaders in the Arboriculture Industry for Meritorious Contribution & Service in Arboriculture. It will be presented as The Coder Award in honor of Dr. Kim Coder, his accomplishments, and his impact on Arboriculture.
Dr. Coder has very genorously entertained our association with his unforgettable seminars / lectures. We appreciate all the knowledge he has shared with us. Once again, Dr. Coder has shown his love for teaching by sharing his knowledge with our association. Thanks Dr. Coder!
