Consulting professionals have the duty to educate their clients of tree safety responsibilities within the scope of the consultant’s assignment. The property manager must then decide the level of risk he or she will tolerate and the expense provided to manage that risk. Richard Cervi details the standard of care the arborist upholds to ensure the owner is fully informed. Mr. Cervi is a consulting and technical arborist based in the St. Petersburg, Florida. He is an International Society of Arboriculture Board Certified Master Arborist holding a current ISA Tree Risk Assessment Qualification and specializes in mangrove care.

Continuing Education Units: One Continuing Education Credit for PA Registered Landscape Architects, Society of American Foresters (CFEs), and PLNA Certified Horticulturalist (PCH) will be offered to attendees. International Society of Arboriculture CEUs will be awarded with 80% score on post-presentation quiz. Certificates of attendance will be provided after the program.
