About the Speakers:

Emily Nettesheim

Emily joins the tree care industry from the insurance side, where she has seen how quickly claims, injuries, vehicle issues, and safety gaps can affect a company’s ability to grow. Emily’s experience in insurance led her to her role as a Commercial Sales Agent with ArboRisk, where she exclusively dedicates her time working with tree care companies. With a background in biology, athletics, and coaching, Emily brings a practical, business-focused approach to insurance and risk management, helping arborists grow stronger businesses through improved safety culture, injury management, driver management, and claim prevention.

Her focus is on providing support for municipalities, schools, nonprofits, and tree advocacy groups to improve the urban tree canopy.  Lea has also worked as a paralegal, a criminal defense lawyer, and a college professor.
