Restoration Tree Care — Senior Crew Leader/Lead Climber

Restoration Tree Care is looking for an experienced Crew Leader / Lead Climber who can lead a professional tree-care crew through the completion of the job. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in excellent tree work, safety, equipment and developing people.

Production Manager

Recommended compensation

$28–$35/hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a 3–4 person tree-care crew.

• Conduct daily safety meetings and review job scope.

• Perform advanced climbing and rigging.

• Execute removals and pruning.

• Operate aerial equipment as qualified.

• Protect homes, landscaping and customer property.

• Direct ground personnel and maintain equipment.

• Communicate jobsite issues to the Production Manager.

• Train apprentices and developing climbers.

• Represent Restoration professionally with customers.

Experience requirements

• 5+ years professional tree climbing.

• Advanced rigging and large-removal experience.

• Strong chainsaw and aerial-lift skills.

• Chipper/loader experience.

• Strong safety record and valid driver's license.

• CDL and ISA certification preferred.
